To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is in reference to the Lot Grading Certification for Lot 6 of Alta Vista Subdivision
(727 Alta Vista Street). This structure was constructed in an existing subdivision with an existing
home on north side of the property. The grading for this lot is restricted by the adjacent existing
residence and the desire to minimize the impact on this property. The lot grading as shown on the
attached grade certification shows that there are areas on this lot, particularly on the north
property line, that will be subject to minor ponding or slow drainage. In light of the restrictions
on this lot, the grading shown will protect the structures from inundation in storm events.
