PLEASE ALLOW A MINIMUM OF THREE BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY FOR FIELD INSPECTION AND VERIFICATION. PLEASE NOTE THAT AN ORIGINAL SIGNED AND STAMPED DOCUMENT IS REQUIRED BY A REGISTERED PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER. PROVIDE CALCULATED FREEBAORD FROM THAT HIGH WATER LEVEL. e PROVIDE SURVEY E LEV A TIONS ALONG ALL SWALES , INCLUDING FLOW LINES AND SW ALE CROSS-SECTION AT THE MOST CRITICAL LOCATION(S). • PROVIDE SURVEY ELEV A TIONS OF ALL GRADE-BREAK POINTS . • INDICATE WHETHER THERE ARE ANY LANDSCAPING FEATURES OR FENCING THAT COULD INTERFERE WITH DRAINAGE FUNCTION ON THE LOT. .. • INDICATE WHETHER THERE IS ANY CROSS -LOT DRAINAGE (DRAINAGE FROM/TO ADJACENT L OTS OUTSIDE OF DRAINAGE EASEMENTS . • INDICATE WHETHER THERE ARE ANY LOW SP OTS ON THE LOTS THAT DO NOT DRAIN . ., INDICATE WHETHER THE LOT IS SIGNIFICANTLY ABOVE OR BELOW ADJACENT GRADES ON NEIGHBORING LOTS . • PROVIDE A STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH THE APPROVED GRADING PLAN FOR THIS PARTICULAR LOT . • IF THERE ARE ANY DEVIATIONS FROM THE APPROVED GRADING PLAN EXPLAIN WHAT NEEDS TO BE CHANGED OR RECTIFIED OR PROVIDE A JUSTIFICATION AS TO WHY THE SURVEYED GRADES WILL MEET THE INTENT OF THE APPROVED GRADING PLAN . • PROVIDE A COPY OF THE APPROVED GRADING PLAN FOR THE LOT THAT IS BEING CERTIFIED. AN ENLARGEMENT OF THE APPROVED PLAN FOR THAT PARTICULAR LOT AND THE SURROUNDING LOTS IS RECOMMENDED . • AFTER A SITE VISIT PROVIDE A SIGNATURE AND A ST AMP BY A PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER REGISTERED IN THE STATE OF COLORADO. SAMPLE STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE: This certification is signed and stamped by a professional engineer registered in the State of Colorado . By signing this certification the engineer attests that to the best of his (her) knowledge the surveyed grading as shown in the enclosed certification is in complianc e with the approved grading plan for this lot and subdivision as shown on the approved utility plans . Failure to disclose all known information could result in the rejection of this certification and could caus e the withholding of the certificate of occupancy for this lot until corrective action has been taken . Please find attached a sample certification. The following is meant as an example only, the exact format of the lot grading certification can vary from the one enclosed .
