We are accepting the engineer stamp as evidence that the lots are in conformance with the approved plan; however, in the inspections, I did have some concerns that are documented in the attached photos. - Overall, both lots were graded consistently with the plans; however, grading is rough and should be smoothed out. Additionally, tire ruts can been seen in several areas. - On 5727, standing water is seen in several areas, especially along the lot lines. I believe that there is positive fall but the rough state of the grade is preventing drainage to the street. - On 5728, there appears to be a low spot catching water on the north lot line toward the rear of the lot. These concerns/photos are documented with the grading certification, which is public record. A remedy to these concerns is not required to release the hold at this time; however, if you would like to provide documentation showing any changes, I will add that to the certification. Please share this information with the engineer of record. Please let me know if there are any questions.
