professional under my direct supervision, and verify that construction of all stormwater facilities and grading is complete,
and that the elevations and drainage patterns shown on the attached drawing(s) which were developed from a survey
performed on (Date): January 6. 2015 , accurately and truly depict the elevations and drainage patterns as
they existed on the date of the survey. Based on this information, I certify that (check one):
The elevations and drainage patterns of the lot/site are in substantial conformance with the City approved
drainage and grading plan for the property (information attached). SEE NOTE.
V The elevations and drainage patterns of the lot/site as measured are in general conformance with the City
approved drainage plan with exceptions (information attached). In my professional judgment the elevations
and grading of the lot/site as constructed are functionally adequate and equivalent to the specifically approved
drainage plan, and will affect stormwater drainage on and off tea manner consistent with the
approved drainage plan. SEE NOTE.

Certification of Lot Grading
The elevations and drainage patterns for Lot 1, Block 10, Kechter Crossing Planned Land Division
are in general conformance with the City approved Final Grading Plan for Kechter Crossing
Planned Land Division, with one minor exception. A side yard swale was constructed in the
westerly side yard. The side yard swale discharges into Common Area C at the northwest property
corner and then flows to the west to a 15' diameter culvert under the sidewalk in Common Area
C as shown on the approved Final Grading Plan. The approved Final Grading Plan does not
indicate a side yard Swale, but instead indicates the side yard surface draining to the west and
directly to a swale in Common Area C. This swale conveys flows to the north to the above
mentioned 15" diameter culvert. Since Lot 1, Block 10 is indicated as a Type B draining lot, and
since drainage from the side yard of Lot 1, Block 10 to the 15' diameter culvert is maintained, it
is our professional opinion that this exception is not significant and will still allow for stormwater
drainage to generally be consistent with the City approved Final Grading Plan.
