However, a drainage swale is required to be constructed in Common Area B, Kechter Crossing Planning Land Division Filing Two, adjacent to the northeasterly side lot line of Lot 1, Block 5 in order to adequately convey runoff from Lot 1, Block 5 to the Type C inlet, located in the sump of Common Area B at Design Point 4-B, as well as to the 10' curb inlet in Kadenwood Drive at Design Point 4-C in order for the general stormwater drainage to be consistent with the City approved Final Grading Plan. We understand that this work, as well as a few other drainage swales in Common Area B are being designed and are intended to be constructed in the near future.
