Harridan City of Fort Collins Stormwater Utility 235 Mathews Fort Collins, Colorado. 80521 Re: Lot 172,cr{un?ingtc_r-,_Hills-F�iling 2 Dear Basil: As required by the hold placed on the certification of occupancy, we surveyed the elevations of t� ,e lot corners of the above referenced lot. The elevations closely match the design elevations shown on the Huntington Hills, Filing 2 Grading Plan; Lots 152-198, dated 10/28/94 by RCE. The back lot corners are within 0.1' of'design grade; drainage from the back half of the lot will pass between Lots 155 and 156 to the inlet on Derry Drive. The back lot corners are within 0.1' of design grade. The mid -lot corner on the west side is slightly higher than the design elevation, but is well below adjacent first floor elevations and shouldn't pose any problems. The first floor elevation of the. house is 4977.0 feet, which is 1.0 feet higher than the planned elevation. The swales on the sides of the house are complete and adequate for conveying drainage to the street. Enclosed are pictures of the swales. It is our recommendation to release the hold placed on this lot for the certification of occupancy since the Contractor did an excellent job to adequately grade the lot to drain.- If you have any questions, please call.
