The first floor of the house on this lot is 1 foot higher than the planned elevation, but elevations of lot corners and mid -lot drainage divides are within 0.3 foot of planned elevations. Stormwater will flow from the front half of the lot to the street; the side swales drain south to a Swale along the rear lot line. The berm along the south edge of the rear lot Swale has low points at the 156/157 and 157/158 lot lines to allow drainage to flow south along these lot lines to Derry Drive, as shown on the detailed grading plan we developed for this project.
