As required by the hold placed on the certification of occupancy (CO), we surveyed the
elevations of lot corners and other locations to ensure that the intended drainage patterns are
met by the grading on lot 170. The first floor of the house on this lot is 1 foot higher than the
planned elevation, but elevations of lot corners and mid -lot drainage divides are within 0.3 foot
of planned elevations. Stormwater will flow from the front half of the lot to the street; the side
swales drain south to a Swale along the rear lot line. The berm along the south edge of the rear
lot Swale has low points at the 156/157 and 157/158 lot lines to allow drainage to flow south
along these lot lines to Derry Drive, as shown on the detailed grading plan we developed for
this project.
It is our recommendation to release the hold placed on the CO for this lot. Please call.me if you
need additional information.
