In order to verify that Charlie Miscallef constructed swales along the east and west sides of Lot
160 per his agreement (see correspondence from'Ayres Associates dated June 29, 1995), we
performed a field survey of the site on June 20.
Mr. Miscallef had constructed swales along each side of Lot 160. The swales were designed
such that they would intersect flow traveling to the east along the rear lot line and direct that
flow between houses to Derry Drive. I have included photos of the swales for your review.'
It is our recommendation that any escrow monies held by Stormwater Utility be returned to Mr.
Miscallef.
