As required by the hold placed on the certification of occupancy (CO), we surveyed elevations
of pertinent locations on Lot 152. Due to the lot's unusual shape, referencing specific corners
is difficult and I have included a copy of the lot layout showing the design elevations along with
the surveyed elevations.
The design drainage patterns are realized with the grading on the lot, though some actual
elevations differ from the design elevations. It is noted that along the north lot line, a flow arrow
is shown on the design drawing indicating flow from left to right; this is unrealistic based on the
actual ground layout. Drainage from the front of the house flows to the street; drainage from
the back of the house drains to the rear lot line, then west along the rear line to the west lot line.
At the west lot line, the grading turns the flow to the south where it flows along the west lot line
to the street. I have included pictures of the lot -grading for your review.
It is our recommendation to release the hold on CO for Lot 152 since the lot has been graded
such that the design drainage patterns are met. If you have any questions, please call me.
