Dear Basil:
Following our survey of the drainage Swale between lots 141 and 142 earlier this month (see
letter to you dated March 6, 1995), Geneva Homes has performed the regrading necessary to
locate the Swale within the drainage easement between the two lots. The swale was surveyed
yesterday; the attached figure demonstrates that it is correctly located and sized. The cross -
sectional area within the easement of the as -built Swale is greater than that for the proposed
swales at all three cross sections.
We suggest that any monies escrowed by Geneva Homes related to this drainage swale be
returned.
