Dear Basil: 31-'V'5 Ste.. T�a. Q . As required by the hold placed on the certification of occupancy, we surveyed the elevations of the rear lot corners. The southeast corner elevation is 4962.8 feet and the southwest is 4962.9 feet. The southeast corner is 0.3 feet. higher and the southwest corner is 0.3 feet lower than the planned elevations. .However, these elevations match the surrounding ground level and should not cause any drainage problems. The interior lot corner on the south side is at approximately 4962.5; therefore, drainage from the southeast and southwest corners are positive to this location. Drainage from the interior corner will occur south along the lot line between lots 155/156 to Derry Drive. The first floor elevation of the house is 4977.3 feet, which is 0.4 feet higher than the planned elevation. The swales on the sides of the house are complete and adequate for conveying drainage to the street. Enclosed are pictures of the swales. r - It is our recommendation to release the hold placed on this lot for the certification of occupancy since the Contractor did an excellent job to adequately grade the lot to drain.
