As required by the hold placed on the certification of'occupancy, we have observed the
back yard Swale and surveyed the elevations of the backyard property corners. The Swale
has been completed and will drain storm water between lots 127/139 and 126/140 to the
drainageway. The lower section of the Swale is less than 2 percent slope and a drain was
installed. Please refer to enclosed picture. The elevation of the northwest property corner
is 4952.7 and the southwest is.4951.6.
The northwest corner is 0.2 foot higher than planned and the southwest corner. is 1.6 foot
higher than planned. The northwest corner fits the surround grade. The southwest corner
was raised when the sanitary sewer manhole was raised to provide more slope for the
Swale south of the property corner.
It is our recommendation to release the hold placed on this lot since the contractor did a
good job to adequately drain the lot.
