As required by the holds placed on the certification of occupancy, we surveyed the
elevations of the rear lot corners. The following is a table of the.as-constructed and
planned elevations:

For lots 135 and 136, these_ elevations at the lot corners match the downhill lot 0 28)
grade. These elevations could not be changed since lot 128 is sodded with grass. Lot
135 is higher than planned, but as we understand, these elevations are acceptable with the
downhill lot (129) owner.
A swale has been constructed along the back lot lines on the uphill lot side.. Enclosed are
photographs of the swale. The swale extends from lots 134 to 136 where a swale turns
to the south and follows the rear lot lines of lots 138 to 141. At lot 141, the swale is
terminated at the major drainage swale. The last portion of the swale along lot 126 has a
4-inch underdrain since the slope of the swale in this area is less than 2 percent:

Grading around the houses has been completed on all three of these lots with the front half
the lot graded to the street and the back half graded'to the rear lot swale.
