Explanation of Exceptions to Lot Grading
The Top of Foundation (TOF)elevation is approximately 0.6 feet higher than shown on the
approved grading plan. The as-built elevation for the north property corner(left rear)is 0.4 feet higher
than designed and the back yard grading was raised by approximately 3 feet to accommodate the
basement ceiling height.
