RE: Rigden Farms Second Filing
Grading Certification for Lot 18
Dear Mr. Barber,
This letter is in regards to 2550Custer Drive Building D, which is Lot 18 at Rigden Farms Second
Filing, and in particular, to provide the City with a Grading certification for this particular building. The
basis for our evaluation is the survey information provided by RJL Surveys, dated January 19, 2005.
I have attached a copy of the elevations provided by RJL Surveys shown on the approved grading plan.
The approved construction plans called for finished floor elevations to be gradually stepped from
4922.00 to 4922.67; the actual finished floor elevations range from 4922.15 to 4922.27, leaving two
buildings lower than proposed plan and two buildings higher than proposed plan. Spot elevations show
0.1' or less difference from the approved grading plan. There does appear to be sufficient grade away
from the buildings to encourage positive drainage, the lot grading does essentially comply with the
approved grading plan.
