This letter is in regards to Building 17 at Rigden Farms Second Filing, and in particular,
to provide the City with a Grading certification for this particular building. The basis for
our evaluation is based on survey information provided to Northern Engineering by RJL
Surveys,Inc. The survey information provided is dated June 25,2002.
1 have attached a copy of the elevations provided by RJL Surveys. The approved
construction plans called for a top of foundation grade of 4920.5. The actual top of
foundation grade was found to be 4920.4. There appears to be sufficient drainage away
from the building, although the developer still needs to complete landscape around the
building.
