Number Date of Survey The elevations and drainage patterns shown on the attached Plan are the professional Engineer's findings of the finished ground grades around the residence on the date shown above and generally conform to the approved grading/drainage plan for the development, with the exceptions as noted. You, the Homeowner, must maintain these elevations and grades to properly drain the water away from your house. The Builder of your home will not cover damage to your home caused as a result of changes made in the finished grades. In addition, it is our understanding that any residential warranty agency providing limited warranty protection on your residence on behalf of the Builder will not cover structural damage caused as a result of changes made in the finished drainage grades. Therefore, it is your responsibility, the homeowner, to maintain the grades as set by the Builder and as stated by the Engineer.
