We have measured the relative elevations at the above referenced
address . During the investigation, we measured elevations at the
lot sides and corners, top of foundation, and the swales on either
side of the property. The slopes and elevations as measured are in
substantial conformance with the FHA grading plan completed by TST,
Inc . , Job No. 10-695-054 , dated January, 1995 .
