Box 580 I Qj 235 Mathews 1p Fort Collins, CO 80522-0580 Re: Willow Springs P.U.D. —Phase One Certification—Lot 14 Project No. 10-695-060 Dear Basil: This letter is to certify the final grading for the lot, as well as minimum opening elevations and window well elevations for Lot 14, Willow Springs P.U.D., Phase One. On June 25, 1998, we surveyed said elevations and found the elevations as shown on the attached exhibit. The lot corners were graded per the approved grading plan. The finished grade elevation at the lowest point at the rear of house is 4946.20 and the lowest finished grade elevation at the front of the house is 4950.43. The finished floor for the garage is 4952.95 and the window well elevation at the rear of the house is 4947.29. According to the approved Utility Drawings, the minimum finished floor elevation is 4950.5. As you can see, the built finished floor is above this minimum elevation. Also, the designed 100-year water surface elevation for the adjacent detention pond is 4939.8. As you can again see, the window well opening (lowest opening for house) is well above this minimum elevation. Therefore, we are requesting the release of the Certificate of Occupancy. We have attached a portion of the Grading, Drainage and Erosion Control Plan and surveyor's notes for the above mentioned lot.
