RE: Lot Grading on Lot 31, Willow Springs P.U.D. ,
City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado
(a.k.a. : 2000 Mackenzie Court)
Dear John;
Per your request, on May 28, 1998 , Intermill Land Surveying, Inc.
obtained the lowest opening elevation on the existing stucture
located on this site. Our findings are as follows:
The lowest opening elevation, being the finish floor elevation at
the existing sliding glass door located at the rear of the
structure is at elevation 4946. 85.
During the field visit to the site, it was observed that the final
lot grading was not complete, although the final lot grading was
in process during this field visit. With the completion of the lot
grading and the installation of the two (2) proposed retaining
walls at the rear of the residence, along side the sliding glass
door at the rear of the structure, it appears positive drainage
away from the structure will be obtained.
As noted by the datum above, the newly constructed structure on the
above referenced lot has positive drainage away from the lowest
opening elevation of the structure and the associated lot grading
appears to meet the intent on the grading plan for the above
referenced site.
As always, if you need additional information or have additional
questions or concerns, please feel free to call .
Sincerely; 1
