Please find enclosed our Stormwater Drainage Certification for The Village at Willow Springs.
TST Inc. surveyed the above drainage facilities on September 26, 1997 as they were installed by
the contractor. Included are redlined prints showing the as -built conditions .
At this time minor grading and landscaping are still required , however the storm drainage facilities
are in place and should function as designed.

result in the rejection of this certification and prevent the
release of any Stormwater Utility holds on Building Permits
and/or Certificates of Occupancy.
