Please find a red lined "As Built" survey of the elevations of Lots 12 and 14, Nokomis
Subdivision which are 406 and 418 Nok omis Court.
The lots were found to be in substantial compliance with the approved grading plan. Both lots
drain from the house to the rear prope1ty line and from the house to the front property line.
Lot 12 is adjacent to Evergreen Detention Pond No . 3. The highwater line of the pond is
496 6.00 and the finish floor is 4968.84.
Lot 14 has an existing concrete drain pan along the rear lot lin e. The pan elevation at the
No1thwest lot corner is 4965.24 and the finish floor of the residence is 4968 .04 .
