Gentlemen:
on September 10, 1997 a representative of our firm measured the
relative elevations for the top of foundation and lowest opening
elevations for the above referenced residence. Based on a
benchmark elevation of 31.6 atlthe northwest property corner back
of walk, we determined the fol owing elevations: �^

Based upon our observations, it is our opinion that the top of
finished floor and lowest opening elevations are in substantial
conformance with the grading, drainage, and erosion control plan
by Northern Engineering, L7ob Vo. 9601 . 00, dated July 15, 1996,
revised September 10, 1996 .
