Dear Jay,
This letter serves as final certification for the above referenced address according to the
requirements of the Stormwater Utility in the Stormwater Building Permit Notice for this address
dated 11/05/99. Certifications include the items noted on the Stormwater Building Permit Notice
and are as follows:
• Grading certification
• Swale certification
• Finished floor elevation certification
• Corner lot elevation certification
• Lowest building opening elevation certification
We have visited the site and find that all final grading is complete, functions properly and meets
the intent of the original subdivision grading and drainage design according to the Final Utility
Plans for Stone Ridge P.U.D. Second Filing, by RBD Inc. Engineering Consultants; RBD Project
No: 503-002; City of Fort Collins approval date 7/22/93. Also in conformance with the site
specific grading plan for this site, prepared by Shear Engineering Corporation and dated October,
1999; Shear Project No: 1733-01-99. A copy of this plan is available from the office of Shear
Engineering.
Attached is a copy of that portion of the Grading, Drainage and Erosion Control Plan from the
subdivision utility plans, of which this site is a part. Shear Engineering Corporation has obtained
record field shots, which are indicated on the site plan. This is for reference only.
