referenced property in the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, has been observed by me or someone under
my direct supervision, and verify construction of all stormwater facilities and grading is complete, and the
elevations and drainage patterns shown on the attached drawing(s) which were developed from a survey
performed on (Date) July 16, 2009 , accurately and truly depict the elevations and drainage
patterns as they existed on the date of the survey. Based on this information, I certify that (check one)
The elevations and drainage patterns of the lot/site are in substantial conformance with the City
approved drainage and grading plan for the property (information attached). SEE NOTE.
r/ The elevations and drainage patterns of the lot/site as measured are in general conformance with
the City approved drainage plan with exceptions (information attached). In my professional
judgment the elevations and grading of the lot as constructed is functionally adequate and will
allow for stormwater drainage consistent with the approv a plan. SEE NOTE.

Re: Lot 10, Block 4, Provincetowne Filing Three
Certification of Lot Grading
The front and rear lot corner and elevations and the side yard swale elevations for Lot 10, Block 4,
Provincetowne Filing Three are in general conformance with the City approved Final Grading Plan
for Provincetowne Filing Three. However, the top of foundation elevation deviates from the City
approved Final Grading Plan. However, it appears that top of foundation elevation and the finish
grade elevation shown on the approved Final Grading Plan are in error because the top of
foundation elevation (4979.60) is 1 0 feet lower than the westerly side yard swale high point
elevation (4980.60) Based upon the final yard grades for Lot 10 and the final grades for Lot 9 (TF
4982.55) to the west and Lot 11 (TF 4980.55)to the east, it is our professional opinion that the top
of foundation for Lot 10 should have been shown as 4981.55 on the City approved Final Grading
Plan.
Since the top of foundation was constructed at an elevation of 4981.50 and since the front, rear and
side yard grades are in general conformance with the City approved Final Grading Plan, it is our
professional opinion that general stormwater drainage will be consistent with the City approved Final
Grading Plan.
