Based on this information, I certify that (check one). The elevations and drainage patterns of the lot/site are in substantial conformance with the City approved drainage and grading plan for the property (information attached). This was a necessary adjustment in order to maintain the required minimum 10% slope from the building to the rear and side yard swales.
