EXCEPTION TO CERTIFICATION OF LOT GRADING

Lot/Block/Subdivision: Lots 6-9, Block 8, Timbervine 2nd
Exception:
The as-built grading does not contain the same flow patterns set out by the subdivision grading plan
(Type A) for the units. However, it appears that the subdivision design did not consider the lots to be
built out with a 4-plex. The interior spot elevations on the interior of the lots portray conveyance toward
the structure. The 4-plex and as-built grading better facilitates drainage away from the structure for these
areas and does so and in a manner that also satisfies the intent of the overall subdivision grading; in that
the surrounding subdivision grading is not adversely impacted.
