referenced property in the City of Fort Collins; Colorado, has been inspected by me or an appropriately qualified
professional under my direct supervision, and verify that construction of all stormwater facilities and grading is
complete, and that the elevations and drainage patterns shown on the attached drawing(s) which were developed
from a survey performed on (Date): October 26, 2013 . accurately and truly depict the elevations and drainage
patterns as they existed on the date of the survey. Based on this information, I certify that(check one).
The elevations and drainage patterns of the lot/site are in substantial conformance with the City approved
drainage and grading plan for the property(information attached). SEE NOTE
The elevations and drainage patterns of the IoUsite as measured are in general conformance with the City
approved drainage plan with exceptions (information attached). In my professional judgment the elevations
and grading of the lotlsite as constructed are functionally adequate and equivalent to the specifically
approved drainage plan, and will affect stormwater drainage on and off the lot/site in a manner consistent
with the approved drainage plan. SEE NOTE.

Re: Lot 16, Block 4. Provincetowne Filing Three
Certification of Lot Grading
The elevations and drainage patterns for Lot 16. Block 4, Provincetowne Filing Three are in general
conformance with the City approved Final Grading Plan for Provincetowne Filing Three. However..
the Final Grading Plan indicates a swale along rear property line,with a high point near the middle of
the property line. It also shows that Lot 6. Block 4, the lot adjacent to the rear property line, is a Type
A draining lot with a rear yard swale. Since Lot 16, Block 4 is a Type B draining lot.. the spot
elevations indicate that the rear yard will slope to the rear property line and down to the rear yard
swale on Lot 6. Block 4. Therefore, the rear property line swale and high point elevation indicated on
the Final Grading Plan are erroneous and it is our professional opinion that the grading for Lot 16,
Block 4 is consistent with this drainage pattern and therefore is consistent with the City approved
Final Grading Plan.
