Strickling , a Colorado registered professional engineer, verify that the above referenced property in the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, has been observed by me or someone under my direct supervision, and verify construction of all stormwater facilities and grading is complete, and the elevations and drainage patterns shown on the attached drawing(s) which were developed from a survey performed on (Date) June 23, 2008 , accurately and truly depict the elevations and drainage patterns as they existed on the date of the survey. Based on this information, I certify that (check one): The elevations and drainage patterns of the lot/site are in substantial conformance with the City approved drainage and grading plan for the property (information attached). SEE NOTE. The elevations and drainage patterns of the lot/site as measured are in general conformance with the City approved drainage plan with exceptions (information attached). In my professional judgment the elevations and grading of the lot as constructed is functionally adequate and will allow for stormwater drainage consistent with the approved drainage plan. SEE NOTE. Colorado 80521 Re: Lot 24, Block 5, Provincetowne Filing Three Certification of Lot Grading The elevations shown on the lot survey for Lot 24, Block 5 were based upon a benchmark elevation of 4975.7, the elevation of the southern front lot corner as shown on the Overlot Grading Plan. The elevation of the southern front lot corner as shown on the Final Grading Plan is 4976.00. After adjusting for the 0.3 feet elevation difference, the lot corner elevations and drainage patterns for Lot 4, Block 1, Provincetowne Filing Three are in general conformance with the City approved Final Grading Plan for the for Provincetowne Filing Three, with one minor exception. The elevation of the southwest lot corner is approximately 0.7 feet higher than that shown on the Final Grading Plan. However, since the property to the rear of Lot 24, Block 5 is a tract and since Lot 24, Block 5 is a Type A front draining lot, it is our professional opinion that this exception is insignificant and will still allow for stormwater drainage to be consistent with the City approved Final Grading Plan. Additionally, the top of foundation elevation and adjacent finish grade elevations are approximately 0.6 feet lower than those shown on the Final Grading Plan (after adjusting for the 0.3 foot benchmark elevation difference). However, the slopes of the rear and side yard swales are maintained at a minimum of 2%, so it is our professional opinion that this exception is also insignificant and will still allow for stormwater drainage to be consistent with the City approved Final Grading Plan.
