Exception:
The as-built southwest corner of the lot is higher than the 0.2 ft tolerance (0.21 ft) of the approved grading
plan. Also, at the southeast corner of the structure, there is a slope less than 5% away from the structure,
within the first 5 ft. However, the drainage of the lot is sufficient, the surrounding subdivision grading is
not adversely impacted, and grading intent is still met.
