Exception:
The as-built slope along the back of the house doesn’t meet 5% minimum for the first 5 to 10 ft . Also, the
garage finished floor is outside the 0.2 ft tolerance (0.78 ft above) and the northwest lot corner is outside
the 0.2 ft tolerance (0.22); however, grading intent is still met, the surrounding subdivision grading is not
adversely impacted, and the drainage of the lot is sufficient.
