Item:
3.Not all elevations are within 0.2’ of the approved grading plans, but the drainage intent has been met
without impacts to adjoining properties. Additional grading will be completed west of the building adjacent to
the future 3312 Green Lake Drive building to form a drainage swale between these buildings. These final
touches will be reflected on the 3312 Green Lake Drive Drainage Certification.
11. It is industry standard to certify the grades prior to landscape installation. The landscaping was not
complete at time of survey. 75% of the landscaping was installed when I visited the site on 08/27/19. The only
portion remaining was west of the building adjacent to the future 3312 Green Lake Drive building.
12. The site was not at the stage of “final clean-up” at time of as-built survey for the drainage certificate.
