Exception:
The as-built slopes at the southwest corner of the building and the sidewalks/concrete apron adjacent to
the building don’t meet 5% minimum for the first 5 to 10 ft. The as-built swale south of the building has
slopes less than 2%; however, the slope in the approved Grading Plan is under 1.0%. There are as-built
points outside the 0.2 ft tolerance (see crossed out elevations on Grading Plan); however, grading intent is
still met, the surrounding subdivision grading is not adversely impacted, and the drainage of the lot is
sufficient.
