Re: 1880 N. College Avenue – Certification of Lot Grading
The following letter provides an explanation for any “No” answers on the previous Certification of Lot Grading
form.
2. The As-built survey does not include Quarter points along each lot line. The site was designed to sit
below the properties to the west, north and east. A site inspection determined that the site was
constructed in conformance with this design.
4. This is a commercial project. The doors are flush with adjacent concrete sidewalks.
5. This is a commercial lot. The majority of the building is surrounded by concrete sidewalk which needs to
meet ADA criteria at less than 2% cross slope.
6. This is a commercial project. Slopes do not exceed 33%, but there are some areas flatter than 1% that
are paved.
11. Landscaping had not been completed at the time of survey, but was close to finished, with final grading
completed. Harris Constructors is the General Contractor in charge of finishing the Landscaping.
12. This is a commercial project. Final cleanup is not completed at this time as Tenant interiors are still
being completed.
