CERTIFICATION -OF -ELEVATION
I hereby certify that on June 4, 1983, a survey was
performed by me that determ-ined the basement floor
elevation to be 4954.8 and the first floor elevation
to be 4963.1 of the dwelling located at 725 Martinez,
on lot 19 of Alta Vista., a subdivision to the City of
Fort Collins, Colorado; located in section 1, Township
7 North, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M., Larimer County,
Colorado. Said elevation is relative to Larimer County
Flood Plain Mapping Bench Mark No. 14 (elevation of
,.49 .797) according to the informati.on available from
the office of the Larimer County Flood Plain Director.
