I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE ELEVATIONS AND DRAINAGE PATTERNS SHOWN HEREON,
PERFORMED ON THE DATE SHOWN, AND TO THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE AND BELIEF,
ACCURATELY DEPICT THE RELATIVE ELEVATIONS AS THEY EXISTED ON THE DATE OF
SURVEY. THE RELATIVE ELEVATIONS WERE MEASURED TO THE NEAREST TENTH OF A
FOOT. THE DRAINAGE PATTERNS ARE CONSISTANT WITHT THE APPROVED PLANS OF
RECORD INCLUDING SURFACE DRAINAGE AWAY FROM THE FOUNDATION. ELEVATIONS
MAY CHANGE SUBSEQUENT TO THE DATE HEREON DUE TO SUBSIDENCE OR UPHEAVAL
OF SOILS, ADDITION OR REMOVAL OF SOILS, EROSION OF SOILS BY WIND OR WATER
OR OTHER FACTORS. DRAINAGE SWALES OR FLOW MAY BE BLOCKED BY FENCES,
WALKS, LANDSCAPING OR OTHER IMPROVEMENTS, THEREFORE THIS SURVEY MAY NOT
