RE: Grading Certification Supplemental Information

Dear Dan:
We have inspected the property at 231 North Loomis Avenue. The grading of the lot is in general
conformance with the Town approved grading plan.
An 8” PVC pipe was installed along the south property line (see attached pictures) to replace a ditch to carry
drainage from the rear lawn towards the front. Downspouts along the south side of the building was
connected to this pipe to facilitate drainage. As installed, the 8” PVC pipe has no cover, but it is in area that
will only witness pedestrian traffic. Additionally, landscaping is not yet installed on the property. The
installation of landscaping will provide some minimal cover over the pipe.
