The elevations and drainage patterns shown on the attached As-Built Elevations for a Drainage
Certification at 316 Wood Street by Northern Engineering Services (10/23/19), are in general
conformance with the City-approved grading and drainage plans with the following exceptions.
In the landscape area between the two garages, the downspout highlighted below does not
discharge into the landscape area, but is routed underground and discharges into the alley to the
east. At my request, the landscaper has constructed a storm drain inlet as indicated by my
markup below. This inlet will collect all surface drainage in the landscape area and it has been tied
into the downspout drainage pipe.

The following is a November 8, 2019 photo taken of the aforementioned new area inlet within
the landscaping rocks. The downspout connection into the underground drainage pipe can be
seen in the upper righthand corner of the photo.
Aside from the new surface area inlet and downspout connection, most of the as-built elevations
are outside of a 0.2 foot tolerance of the approved grading plan. However, the elevations and
drainage patterns are consistent with the approved drainage plan for the site.
