I.Water Quality Basin Cert, B, 1, Note: Not all elevations are within 0.2’ of the approved grading plans, but
the drainage intent has been met without impacts to adjoining properties.
I. Water Quality Basin Cert, B, 3, b: There are several emergency spillways for this site. Pond spillways and
final site spillway to eastern property convey storm flow over low points at Curb & Gutter as shown on the
plans. Spillways will function as designed.
V. Storm Drain Inlets, 4: Storm inlet grates and drain pipes have constructed inverts that are not within the
+0.2’ tolerance, and elevations are not substantially different, but slopes of all pipe have been verified to be
at a minimum 0.4%, which is within industry standard and all flow capacities are met.
V. Storm Drain Inlets, 6:Due to the many small, landscape style inlets on this site, all inlet covers are not
stenciled or stamped “No Dumping-Drains to Poudre River”. Owner will be notified of the requirement and
recommend/notified that parking lot inlets should be marked as such.

of all stormwater faci ities and grading is complete and hereby submit this certification.
Please answer the following questions by initialing the appropriate response. For each question initialed "No," attach an
explanation detailing how this will affect stormwater drainage for this lot and any adjacent lots.
1.Certification includes attached Stormwater-approved grading plan. (NOTE: City's No _____ Yes TW

• Window wells
• Any other appurtenance(s) within an easement
