of all stormwater facilities and grading is complete and hereby submit this certification.
Please answer the following questions by initialing the appropriate response. For each question initialed "No," attach an
explanation detailing how this will affect stormwater drainage for this lot and any adjacent lots.
1. Certification includes attached Storm water-approved grading plan. (NOTE: City's

• Window wells
• Any other appurtenance(s) within an easement

elevations and grading of the lot/site as constructed are functionally adequate and equivalent to the
specifically approved drainage plan, and will affect stormwater drainage on and off the lot/site in a
manner consistent with the approved drainage plan.

Item:
3.Not all elevations are within 0.2’ of the approved grading plans, nor is the grading 10% away from
structure at all locations because of the flatness of the property and existing building, but the drainage intent has
been met without impacts to adjoining properties.
11. It is industry standard to certify the grades prior to landscape installation. The landscaping was not
complete at time of survey. Landscaping or temporary seeding/erosion control should be installed as soon as
possible to prevent erosion of the bare soil.
