To Whom This May Concern,
As long as TTRES Fort Collins Shields, CO, LLC owns the Property it will increase the maintenance
requirements, provided in Exhibit B of the Development Agreement as recorded at Reception
#20220013809, to monthly for the area north of Building 7. Additionally, TTRES Fort Collins Shields, CO,
LLC acknowledges that some of the AC units along the north side of Building 7 are located within the
public utility easement shown on the plat recorded at Reception #20220012955 and that TTRES Fort
Collins Shields CO, LLC may be required to remove and relocate the AC units as required by the City, or
other public utility providers.
