I, (print) .^A-SQi*-* C^-. - P/Nr^-^- , a Colorado registered professional engineer, verify that construction
of all stormwater facilities and grading is complete and hereby submit this certification.
Pleas e answe r the following questions by initialing the appropriate response. For eac h question initialed "No," attach an
explanation detailing how this will affect stormwater drainage for this lot and any adjacent lots.
1. Certification includes attached Stormwater-approved grading plan. (NOTE : City's
Building Department does not approve grading plans).
N o
2. Certification includes the attached as-built survey dated -fy t*f/l ?-(must be within 60 No
day s of the date the certification is submitted) accurately and truthfully depicting
elevations for:
• Top of foundation/finished floor
• Finished grade on each side of the structure
• Quarter points along each lot line (not more than 50 feet apart)'
• Brea k points/high points
• Swales*""
RetBimni
• Air conditioning
• Windo w well s
• Any other appurtenance(s) within an easement
3. All elevations are within a 0.2 foot tolerance of the approved grading plan.
4. The top of foundation is at least 6 inches above the highest grade surrounding the
structure.
5. There is a minimum grade of 5% awa y from the structure within the first 5 to 10 feet
adjacent to the residence.
6. All slopes meet or excee d the minimum requirement of 2% (1% is acceptable on single
family lots when the swale is draining the runoff from only two adjoining properties)
and are not steeper than 25% (4:1).
7. All flow lines of stormwater drainage swale s are a minimum of 6 inche s below the
elevation of ground adjacent to the structure and will direct drainage a s shown on the
Stormwater-approved grading plan.
». All downspout locations and discharge directions are shown on the as-built survey.
Runoff is directed into an appropriate drainage system or lot line swale, and it is not
directed onto neighboring properties.

9. A smoot h transition with no vertical offse t (step ) in grad e is provide d at the lot line to all No
adjacen t properties .
10. The grading of this lot doe s not adversely affec t neighboring properties or City
infrastructure.
11. Landscapin g has been completed prior to survey. If not, pleas e indicate who will be
responsibl e for completing landscaping : IHCV^^Q^ H| f-j;J£,
12. Fina l site cleanu p has been completed .
13. I personall y visited the site as par t of the certification process , and in my professiona l
opinion, the as-built surve y is an accurat e representation of the site conditions.

D The elevation s and drainag e pattern s of the lot/site are in substantia l conformanc e with the Cit y
approve d drainag e and grading plan for the propert y (information attached).
51 The elevation s and drainag e pattern s of the lot/site as measure d are in genera l conformanc e with the
City approve d drainag e plan with exception s (information attached). In my professiona l judgment the
elevation s and gradin g of the lot/site as constructe d are functionall y adequat e and equivalent to the
specifically approve d drainag e plan, and will affec t stormwate r drainag e on and off the lot/site in a
manne r consisten t with the approve d drainag e plan.

We have observed portions of the above referenced she. During our observations our representative measured the relative
elevations at the lot sides and comers, top of foundation , and lowest openings. The observed elevations were compared to the
Site Plan and/or Grading Plan referenced above. Based upon our finding s it is our opinion that:
a The elevations as measured are in general conformance wit h the above noted Site Plan and/or Grading Plan.
D The elevations as measured are in general conformance with the above noted She Plan and/or Grading Plan with the
following exceptions:
It is our opinion these exceptions, as noted above, should not adversely change the grading scheme as shown on the above
referenced plan.
S C During our observations our representative noted that the as measured elevations do not confor m to those indicated on die
above referenced Site Plan and/or Grading Plan. However, it is our opinion die grades as measured should provide an
adequate substitute to the above referenced grading scheme (see comments below).
X- See the attached "As-Built" grading plan.

include:

Limitations: It is our opinion die above referenced she, as graded on die observation date, should not mterfer e wim offsit e flow s
unless die grades are changed or barriers are created such as fences, garden terracing, sidewalks, and/or any landscaping which
may change die established flo w patterns by diverting or slowing runof f flow. Backfil l adjacent to die residence may settle over
time, this settlement may allow ponding to occur adjacent to die foundatio n walls. To prevent this ponding and related problems,
die backfill adjacent to die residence must be monitored and maintained to ensure that runof f will flow awa y fro m die foundation.
The grades measured were compared only to th^^utttfln^to shown on die above referenced site plan and/or grading plan. Other
minimu m grading requirements which ina^t^s^fi&fi^JS^ils report or by other construction documents are beyond die
scope of mis report
