EXCEPTIONS
The record survey indicates a few elevations are outside of the 0.2’ tolerance:
· The top of foundation and finish floor elevations differ from the approved grading
design. Note, the as built elevations are higher than specified on the approved
grading plan.
· The mid-point along the Western property line is 0.62’ above grading design.
This is at a highpoint and does not create any problems.
