To Whom It May Concern:
The elevations and drainage patterns shown on the attached grade exhibit at 405 Scott Avenue
by Majestic Surveying (06/23/21) are in general conformance with the city-approved grading plan
by Keefe Civil (01/24/20) with the following exception.
Item #3 on the certification of lot grading was initialed “No” because all as-built elevations are
not within 0.2 ft tolerance of the approved grading plan. The gravel parking between the garage
and carriage house drains towards the center of the driveway and either out to the alley or into the
backyard. Also, the deck area has been revised to a smaller concrete patio. However, it is my
professional judgement lot elevations and grading are functionally adequate and equivalent to the
approved grading and drainage plan.

certification of lot grading.
