Please answer the following questions by initialing the appropriate response. For each question initialed "No," attach an explanation detailing how this will affect stormwater drainage for this lot and any adjacent lots. 1 . Certification includes attached Stormwater-approved grading plan. (NOTE: City's No Yes Building Department does not approve grading plans). 2. In my professional judgment the elevations and grading of the lot/site as constructed are functionally adequate and equivalent to the specifically approved drainage plan, and will affect stormwater drainage on and off the lot/site in a manner consistent with the approved drainage plan. Explanation for Certification Item No. 3: The constructed spot elevations vary more and less than 0.2 foot of those depicted on the approved grading plan but the intended drainage pattern is retained. Explanation for Certification Item No. 8: The constructed side yard swale encroaches onto the adjacent lot, Lot 4. Lot 4 is a vacant lot owned by the builder of Lot 5, Insignia Homes, Ltd. At the time that the residence is constructed on Lot 4, the builder, Insignia Homes, Ltd., will realign the swale in conjunction with grading of Lot 4. Explanation for Certification Item No. 11: The landscaping has not been completed. An escrow account has been established to assure landscape completion. Explanation for Certification Item No. 12: A clean up has been performed. The final clean up will be performed following establishment of landscaping.
