and are not steeper than 33% (3:1).

elevatio n of ground adjacen t to the structur e and will direct drainag e as shown on the
Stormwater-approve d gradin g plan.

owner is responsible for installation and maintenance of landscaping.
Explanation for Certification Item No. 12: An initial clean up has been performed. The final clean up
will be performed following installation of landscaping.
