To Whom It May Concern:
The elevations and drainage patterns shown on the attached As-Built Elevations for a Drainage
Certification at 226 North McKinley Street by Majestic Surveying (05/08/2020) are in general
conformance with the City-approved Grading Plan by Keefe Civil (03/01/2019) with the following
exceptions.
Item #3 in the attached Certification of Lot Grading was initialed “No” because all as-built
elevations are not within 0.2 ft tolerance of the approved grading plan. The northern and southern
property lines were graded with berms, instead of timber retaining walls. Also, the house top of
foundation is 0.4 ft higher than the approved plans.
Item #6 in the attached Certification of Lot Grading was initialed “No” because the grade exhibit
indicates the southwest corner of the lot is not at the minimum slope. Using a level and tape
measure, I verified there was adequate slope in the front yard on May 9, 2020.
