Item #3 in the attached Certification of Lot Grading was initialed “No” because all as-built elevations are not within 0.2 ft tolerance of the approved grading plan. The northern and southern property lines were graded with berms, instead of timber retaining walls. Also, the house top of foundation is 0.4 ft higher than the approved plans. Item #6 in the attached Certification of Lot Grading was initialed “No” because the grade exhibit indicates the southwest corner of the lot is not at the minimum slope. Using a level and tape measure, I verified there was adequate slope in the front yard on May 9, 2020.
