Also, several elevations are outside of the 0.2 ft tolerance:  The northern swale elevations are higher than the approved plan;  The walk elevations along the western portion of the building are higher than the approved plan;  The asphalt elevations south of the building (both higher and lower than the approved plan);  There isn’t a step in the foundation, therefore the top of foundation elevation is +/-14.96;  The garage door elevations higher than the approved grading plan roughly 0.6 ft to 0.7 ft;  The asphalt elevations east of the building are lower than the approved plan. Runoff flows away from the building, the grading intent is still met and the surrounding subdivision grading is not adversely impacted.
