Certification of Lot Grading - Supplement
4., 5., 6., & 7. Buildings E & G , within the North Flats Subdivision, are surrounded by immediately adjacent
sidewalk on 3 sides and alley on the 4th side. Many of the ground floor units are ADA accessible units and much
of the ground surrounding these units are covered in concrete. As such, finished grade elevations with respect to
finished floor, and slopes around and between the structures in many cases provide the 6” drop, 5% away and
1% longitudinal swale slope. In a few areas these characteristics are not present. In those cases concrete pans,
rip-rap lined swales and other care has been taken to provide adequate drainage away from the structures.
Buildings E & G are constructed and graded with functional, acceptable drainage patterns, and are consistent
with the approved drainage plan.
