12.PHONE AND INTERNET SERVICE TO BE PROVIDED BY EITHER CENTURYLINK COMMUNICATIONS OR COMCAST CABLE
(COORDINATE WITH THE OWNER). TELEVISION SERVICE TO BE PROVIDED BY COMCAST CABLE. CONTRACTOR SHALL
COORDINATE WITH THE PROVIDER ON THE SIZE, NUMBER AND LOCATION OF CONDUITS REQUIRED AND WITH THE
ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS ON THE ENTRY OF THE CONDUITS INTO THE BUILDING. THE PROVIDER SHALL MAKE THE
CONNECTION TO THE LOCAL NETWORK AND PULL ALL CABLE WITHIN THE CONDUIT.
13.ALL CONDUIT PLACED BY THE CONTRACTOR FOR CABLE, PHONE AND INTERNET SHALL BE EQUIPPED WITH PULL TAPE
AND LOCATE WIRE PER THE SPECIFICATIONS OF EACH UTILITY COMPANY.
14.ELECTRIC SERVICE TO BE PROVIDED BY THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS. THE CITY SHALL INSTALL THE TRANSFORMER AND
PRIMARY LINE FROM THE CONNECTION POINT AT THE EXISTING MAIN TO THE TRANSFORMER. THE COST OF THE
PRIMARY LINE, TRANSFORMER, AND INSTALLATION OF THE SECONDARY LINE FROM THE TRANSFORMER TO THE BUILDING
SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE DEVELOPER.
15.ELECTRIC TRANSFORMER PAD SIZE IS APPROXIMATE. COORDINATE FINAL LOCATION AND SIZE OF TRANSFORMER AND
LOCATION OF SECONDARY LINE WITH APPROVED ARCHITECTURAL PLANS.
16.GAS SERVICE TO BE PROVIDED BY XCEL ENERGY. XCEL SHALL INSTALL ALL GAS SERVICE AND THE METER. THE COST OF
ALL THE MAIN AND SERVICE INSTALLATION SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE DEVELOPER.
17.STORM SEWER SHOWN ON THESE DRAWINGS AS HIGH DENSITY POLYETHYLENE (HDPE) SHALL BE WATERTIGHT ADS-N12
OR APPROVED EQUAL.
18.THE CONTRACTOR SHALL TERMINATE THE ROOF DRAIN LATERALS 5.0-FEET OUTSIDE OF BUILDING. EXACT LOCATIONS
